Driven by our occupation, we survey the villa. The one-bedroom villa had a relatively small bedroom with a huge bathroom, which was twice the size of the bedroom, and a separated toilet room, powder area, and lots of closet space. An Office Renewal Project
I was awarded Equity Prime Mortgage headquarter office renovation job via Thumbtack in July 2018. The office situated on the 22nd floor of a high-rise office tower in the Perimeter area. After talking to the project lead, I understood that they needed revamp the space to energize the staff. They wanted a strong lift to their grey “hospital-like” work space. They are millennial and sporty. They want impact and energy. I proposed painting in a muscular, vibrant color scheme to achieve ” maximized impact; minimized disruption and cost“.
