An Office Renewal Project

I was awarded Equity Prime Mortgage headquarter office renovation job via Thumbtack in July 2018. The office situated on the 22nd floor of a high-rise office tower in the Perimeter area.

After talking to the project lead, I understood that they needed revamp the space to energize the staff. They wanted a strong lift to their grey “hospital-like” work space. They are millennial and sporty. They want impact and energy.

I proposed painting in a muscular, vibrant color scheme to achieve ” maximized impact; minimized disruption and cost“.

I was also tasked to fill a large space for their entertainment and marketing purpose. I laid out the space into groups and specified mix-and-match furnishing for each group. I ordered furniture from Wayfair.com. If you know what you want, wayfair has the best price. I managed to fill the entire 1225 sqft space with less than $8000.

As soon as we are furnishing the large space, the client made a promotion video. It does look GREAT.

Using the same color scheme, we painted walls in strategic locations throughout the office. We also installed decals of inspiration quotes and portraits of influential people at the painted location. Inexpensive, and very effective.
